Actually, I stated very clearly I was never arrested for anything. Clearly your reading comprehension is below average. What I did say was, I was stopped by nypd for smoking pot (big deal), it was confiscated and i was released. (never brought in) it also helped that I had a federal gov't "pba" card)." that's a far cry from being arrested. Besides (and I remember stating this as well (again reading comprehension), marijuana smoking, unless you're disributing (selling), is a violation, not even a misdemeanor. So even if I was arrested my voting rights would not be taken away. Only convicted felons (key word: convicted) lose their voting rights. Next time read followups before acting like a jerk. and yes YOUR douchbagery is duly noted.
