Interesting building but the bedrooms seems quite small (from the photos) for such high priced apartments. I wonder if the architects used space efficiently?

Why, yes, yes I would love to pay $8 million to live only a few feet away from one of the most heavily traffic holes in Manhattan, and breath in that diesel fume every morning with a stunning breath-taking (literally) view of traffic congestion daily.
