Giants Looking For A Win

2006_11_sgiantstitans.gifThe Giants face a crisis of confidence as they enter a critical game against Tennessee on Sunday. After another disastrous effort by Eli Manning, Tiki Barber took it upon himself to rip the Giants coaches for the second time in 11 months. Barber’s comments about abandoning the running game may be correct, but they were not well timed. Besides the internal bickering, the Giants have more injury problems. Corey Webster and Barry Cofield are both questionable, which further weakens a depleted defense.

Despite the Titans impressive win over Philadelphia last week, they are not a good team. They are near the bottom in both offensive and defensive statistics and Vince Young has not shown the form that made him the fourth pick in April’s draft.

Despite the injuries, the Giants should be able to get the “w” on Sunday. Expect the Titans to hang close for a half before New York puts them away.

    zk called it big time.

Agreed- until they get their DEs back together every game will be a dogfight. I honestly don't see them beating Dallas next week and if they're looking ahead to that game, they will lose tomorrow.

Sigh... how many days 'til pitchers and catchers?

...before New York puts them away.

Have you watched any of the Giants game? They can't put away any team. So expect more of the same.
