The sad truth is the place is filled to the brim with managers. Every caseworker has three managers above them, which results in each person at each level of command passing the buck to the next person.

way to go ACS! keep on investing in MBA's and fat-salaried private-sector buffoons to tell you what you need to do to improve: Supervision...lots and lots of supervision and management...and more managers to oversee supervisors. Clearly NO ONE is watching what goes on over there...

How mortifying! The children whose private information was thrown out on public streets for anyone to see have been victimized yet AGAIN, this time by the very agency that's supposed to protect them. I'm not big on suing but I think the families have every right to sue this time... ACS: invest in a shredder.
