Guess they won't be like Denver and retain the old name somehow in there, too, like: CitiField at William Shea Municipal Stadium like Invesco Field at Mile High Stadium (Though, after a few years, no one calls it Mile High anyway, just Invesco Field, so it's a no win situation anyway). Hail thee, all corporate named arenas/stadiums!

Selling the naming rights to CitiBank is a no-win situation and would lend itself far too easily to the following puns: ShittyField, Shittygroup Ballpark, Shitty Ballpark, Shittybank Ballpark... etc. So the new stadium had better not suck, basically.

I think CitiField would be a big win for the new Mets park. Very nuetral... My friends and I had a pool going for who would win the corporate naming rights; other guesses: Snapple Stadium, Banco Popular Yards, Cascarino Field, Subway Toasted Ballpark.
