<description>&lt;p&gt;According to the Daily News tabulation of starting and finishing salaries, and the current pension at 50% of the final year, the pension of those heading for Florida will go up by more than the salaries of those hired to teach the most difficult subjects to the city&apos;s most disadvantaged children.

In other words, the contract keeps the values of New York intact.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
