Is that photograph from that construction site at 45th & 10th?
No it is the one at Hudson and Gansevoort Streets.
Who gives a crap about CBGB's? It hasn't been relevant in 20 years. And how punk rock is it to sell crap on eBay? Not very.
After the 80's, any band who played there only did it for the novelty. Not to get broken into the mainstream. Thank god it's gone.
That's really sad about that girl...guns, teens, and perceived disrespect. Those three together always seem to create an environment where harm is supreme ruler.
I wish these CBO's would start providing leadership and character ed and not just social services. They seem to attract poor gang kids who make it their hangout to eat and scam on bitches rather than learn and develop. I would take a hard look at the satff and find out what kind of culture exists within those walls.
