Dear Sir Or Madam,

I would like to start by expressing my extreem grief upon hearing of the loss of Bradly Roland Will. Secondly I would like to provide the raeders with my personal perspective of the resulting protest as it pertains to the NYPD. I hope not to offend anyone directly related to the deceased for this is surely not the intention of this post.
I would like to ask, what happened? I would like to inspire some folks to prehaps inquire about the several injured NYC Police Officers that were instructed not to use any physical force in order to protect themselves. This in fear that they may be captured on camera. It is horrible that an innocent reporter was murdered in Mexico. However I would think that the incompetence of the NYPD brass led to the injuries of several officers. Officers that were simply there to protect and assist the protesters. To provide a safe environment for these men and women to exercise their first amendment rights. These officers believe in the Constitution. They took an oath to uphold the constitution of The United States when they were sworn in as Police officers. They are there time and time again to protect the rights of others. They put aside their own personal and political ideology on a daily basis. They do their best to support freedom of expression when they proudly pin that silver shield to their chests. On this day however they were assaulted for this. This, I find to be deplorable in itself. However what I find, and what many other men and women in blue find most sickening is the fact that they were ordered to hobble, while injured, to another location in order to seek medical aid. On their own accord with no assistance and no escort. There was no "medic" on the scene for a NYPD cop that day. And make no mistake it was a battle. A battle in which the assaulted officers were ordered by superiors to holster their batons and mace for the fear that they may be caught on camera. Defending themselves. I suppose The NYPD and the city in general would rather see defenseless, injured officers scratch and claw their way through a hostile and violent crowd while suffering from broken bones, head and neck injuries and several other incapacitating wounds. In order to find their own way to the hospital than allow them to defend themselves.
I would like to thank all of the brave citizens of this city for your time and consideration in taking the time to read this post. I do not seek any kind of recognition for expressing myself in this manner. I in fact appreciate the forum here provided for me to do so. I again express my condolences to the friends and family of the lost brave journalist in Mexico. My heart goes out to them with all sincerity.
I wish with all my heart I did not have to conclude this post in this harsh and inappropriate manner. However being true to requirements of my profession I must state that the above views are not the views of New York City or the NYPD. They are simply the views of a 1 humble street cop.

                     Yours truly,

                     A Street Cop

Paramilitary troops shot at the protesters? So were the shooters government people or not? Are the Federales going to take over law enforcement in Oaxaca. Is anyone going to be prosecuted for this crime? Hahahaha!

I'm sorry. I don't mean to sound cold hearted but just the thought of Mexican prosecutors solving a high profile crime makes laugh (I know I should cry instead).
