Neighboroo is another real estate information startup along the lines of Trulia and Propertyshark. Its main offering is a ton of demographic info-- they've got lifestyle info, politics, crime, air quality, income and tax rates, and racial breakdowns. Only one problem: they currently don't allow zooming any closer than the regional level, so the maps aren't much help if you want to tell one neighborhood in the city from another.

Actually, you can zoom past regional: click on the "Map" link at upper right, and then you can use the slider control at the left side of the map.
this is great for a white man like myself. I hate living next to blacks and spanish people.
