<description>&lt;p&gt;Yes, Lincoln Center is undergoing renovations.  No, the area near Damrosch Park is not being renovated (at least not now - or for what has been released, not in the near future).

The area at Alice Tully Tully and the Walter Reade Theater are currently going undergoing renovations, as well as the pond near the Vivian Beaumont Theater.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
