Before someone mentions the Bellaire is a luxury Condo, I should mention one of the wounded was a housekeeper/maid cleaning a rich guy's apartment. The poor don't matter.

Poor people don't matter to the press. Here was a guy who stated he wanted to fly in his own plane so he didn't have to fly on the team plane with his teammates. And, I think they allowed it in his contract, he's allowed to fly with a CFI. I'm not blaming the Yankees but they really do need a major overhaul from top to bottom. These yahoos do not fit in. Where are all the Bernie Williams coming from?

what about the innocent people in the building who were just minding their own business when joyrider cory lidle crashed into them and evaporated their bodies with his engines and rotator fan? that fucking sucks that their killer is being eulogized. My mom was killed by cory lidle in a gruesome death and he's the one being martyred.

Media reports are now identifying the second fatality as Tyler Stanger, 26 of CA: http://www.nydailynews.com/10-12-2006/news/story/461032p-387873c.html My condolences to both the Stanger and Lidle families...

Agreed, OtherGuy, but NBC was reporting this morning that the had no info on him. Translation: they hadn't contacted his family yet. When you're not famous, these things tend to go a little slower.

What about the other guy that died in the crash? Just because he isn't famous doesn't mean you shouldn't have some respect for him; would be nice to mention him as well.
