- A positive word about Craftsteak, with requisite food porn. It is our hunch that this spot has improved from the initial impressions most pros got. Feels like time for a test drive.

- When we heard about it during William Tigertt’s posts skepticism was the first natural response. Mind you, this undercover best burger sounded great as he described it, and irrespective of the Bruni, the guy surely knows food. The author sums up why disbelief would be natural when he says – “It’s the wrong order – a burger at a seafood restaurant.” Fast forward 4 weeks and the boys at A Hamburger Today have weighed in with their take on the Lure Burger – which it should be noted is different from the regular cheeseburger on the menu. Echoing the original scribe, they say – “It's counterintuitive to order a burger at a seafood restaurant, but this one rewards stubborn landlubbers with a boatload of briny deliciousness.”

- The Paupered Chef buys a 10 pound ham and goes at it for a few days:

Day 1 – The Bake
Day 2 – Ham Steak with Red-Eye Gravy
Day 3 – The Sandwich Appears – Croque Monsieur
Day 4 – And then there was the Bone – Red Beans and Rice
