This is a typical example of a hate crime. Rudy Fleming is black his victims are white. If this shooter was a white kid killing an innocent black girl this would have been a hate crime. i think it's total bullshit that there's a double standard with hate crimes. Rudy Fleming's guilty. The gun did not accidentally go off. He wasn't playin with it, showing it off to his friends, he used it to violently rob people. He meant to shoot her. This kid needs to ROT in jail for life. ghostfacekilla is a racist asshole with no regard to human life, in fact ghostfacekilla hates himself so much that he has to hate other people to feel better about his lack.

Questions & Answers: I think ghostfacekilla should have to suck more then your big toe. Throw him or her in Rikers for a month. He or she will be sucking more then toes.
