The police are trying to identify the man who was found dead Wednesday morning. The man was fully clad in leather - including a mask- and hanging from a fence at 424 Hudson Street, ignored by people who thought it might be an early Halloween prop until they realized it was a human corpse. The Post speaks to a witness who said the man was drunk and asking for money. The Daily News wrote that "rookie police officers, and residents" all had seen the man in the neighborhood around 4:30AM; it's also possible the man had been recently released from a psychiatric hospital.
The police are still awaiting the ME's findings, though right now the police suspect the man died by suicide or during a sex act gone wrong. It's just simply a strange mystery.

Leave it to the NYPost to call a dead guy a "beggar." Here's a quote from the article:
'The man, whom police are attempting to identify through fingerprint records, also spoke Spanish and said he lived in Brooklyn.'
Really? A dead guy spoke to the reporters? Behold the power of the Post.
Im I the only one who feels sad for whoever this man was. No human being should find their last moments like that. Maybe disturbed or whatnot that human being was once a baby, a little child. I think its sad.

This guy made a choice when he adopted a lifestyle that included wandering the streets in the wee morning hours dressed up in dominatrix leather w/ dog-collar & mask.
What I regret is that some kids might have seen the gruesome spectacle on their way to school or something.
