<description>&lt;p&gt;Global warming is no hoax. However, implied in all the media reports is that our horrible, wasteful lifestyles here in the USA and in other developed nations are responsible.

Al Gore may have covered this, but, since we all know the world is warming with dire consequences, what should the average consumer do to lessen his/her complicity in all this mess? Give up driving? Air conditioning? Computers?

Before that happens, there must be something all governments can do, and not just the bad old USA.
