Audrey Saunders, celebrity mixologist and proprietor of Pegu Club, is mixing up a batch of Greenmarket-inspired cocktails to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Greenmarket. Three featured cocktails will be served along with passed hors d' oeuvres at this fundraiser for Slow Food NYC Apple Week Kids' Apple Festivals at the City's Greenmarkets.
