Wait up. The ways by which one becomes HIV-positive are a) unprotected intercourse, including oral, anal, and genital, with someone carrying HIV, b) receiving a tainted blood transfusion from or sharing a needle with someone carrying HIV, or c) being born to a mother who has HIV. If you do none of these things, smoking doesn't make a difference in your susceptibility...and if you do any of these things, the suggestion that not being a smoker would in any way reduce the chances of infection is nothing short of irresponsible and dangerous.

Anti-smoking campaigners have enough real, demonstrable facts they can use; to stoop to this level of misinformation should be beneath them. I'm sure someone will be saying "I heard your chance of getting AIDS is lower if you're a nonsmoker...and neither of us smokes, so we don't need to use a condom" before too long.

The student’s lawsuit claimed that the suicide policy violated federal law protecting disabled individuals from discrimination. In addition, the settlement awarded her $65,000 from the college.
Wow so now depression is now a disability? Chop off a leg, then okay. Stupid pussy ass kids.
