I'm with you, nyer. How civilized of "Aristocrat" to refer to a sexual assault victim as "some passed-out tit." Aristocrat, seeing as how you (a) are not a woman, (b) are presumably not a victim of sexual assault yourself and (c) apparently have such a limited imagination that you cannot put yourself in someone else's position even momentarily, you are really not qualified to have an intelligent opinion on this topic. And, Tim N., you *are* blaming the victim, despite your protestations to the contrary. You say you're "trying to learn something." What, exactly? If you go to a party with a guy dressed as a convict, does that mean that you can expect nothing other than to be bent over and anally raped by him? And, you seem to have missed the (to me, anyway) most glaring aspect of this article. There will be no "cellblock 3B" for this guy, because he's not going to prison. He got ten years *probation* and *may* lose his medical license. Gotta love how our justice system encourages sexual assault.

It's just totally strange. It wasn't suggested in the article, but one would guess drugs were involved, because the whole incident seems so crazy.

What's the moral of the story? Don't go to a party with someone who thinks dressing like Johnny Knoxville is a)cute b)funny. Not blaming the victim, just trying to learn something. Wonder how far that leopard-print outfit will get him in Cell Block 3B...
