im very sorry to hear bout this landlord tenant dispute.especially when paul siddo,41 was my daughter kiara siddo young's father.he did not deserve to die this way by that crazy tenant who would never know how much i love him and miss him.may he rest in peace,and i know that he will always be with me.love you paul,bye -elenor young

They pile their garbage up in the hallway & refuse to pay rent of $124 for TWO YEARS, and the landlord can't evict them. What a city we live in. God forbid that the temperature drops during the winter, they have to be provided with heat, even if they're not paying for it. Now our tax dollars are going to be used to get them both lawyers and go through trials and appeals. (How much you want to bet that one or the other will try to sue the landlord's estate, claiming that his telling them not to leave rotting food in the hallway caused them all kinds of mental aggravation. That they were crazy enough to shoot the guy is proof, right? They'll probably pull it off & make a million or two.)

What the Hell? they had a 124 a month rent that they refused to pay? they were subsidized by the government under section 8? they had a sense of entitlement. meanwhile, I'm paying 2000 a month for a hole in the wall while the government subsidizes psychos.

It's always a surprise to morons like these when they are told that if you intend to hurt somebody and the victim dies, then you will be charged with murder. Maybe manslaughter if you use your fists and punch once but definitely murder if you use a gun.

I don't think you can say that the bicycle lead to the death of the landlord, but rather the tenant.
