Oer thirty Japanese brewers will offer over 100 different types of sake, shochu, and wine previously unavailable in the US for a public tasting. September 8: Quick and Easy Cheese Making
Chef-Instructor Sabrina Sexton, formerly of Gramercy Tavern and ICE’s resident expert on cheese, will teach you to make fresh mozzarella and ricotta.
