Oer thirty Japanese brewers will offer over 100 different types of sake, shochu, and wine previously unavailable in the US for a public tasting. September 8: Quick and Easy Cheese Making
Chef-Instructor Sabrina Sexton, formerly of Gramercy Tavern and ICE’s resident expert on cheese, will teach you to make fresh mozzarella and ricotta. Tickets are now on sale for Eat Out '06, where folks from 40 of Time Out New York's favorite restaurants join together to raise money for the Food Bank for New York. Tickets are $100 and include a copy of the 2007 Time Out New York Eating & Drinking Guide.
