<description>&lt;p&gt;So it&apos;s essentially what I&apos;ve been saying for years.  Young people work their asses off to support the elderly, the mentally ill, and the lazy.  A small percentage hit it big and can afford to raise a family here while the rest pack up and leave.  After 30 you realize that you never do order Chinese at 4 AM anyway.  And New York produces nothing of value anyway.  Silicon Valley is where it&apos;s at.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
