<description>&lt;p&gt;Jeb Bush is actually a really interesting character. Did anyone else see  that piece about him in GQ recently? It was called See Jeb Not Run and was all about how GWB basically screwed his chances of being president and how he just might make a good one. It made me give him a second look. &lt;/p&gt;</description>
