<description>&lt;p&gt;I would argue the opposite--that Floridians would be much more inclined to tell the difference.  Many Floridians have actually caught and prepared local seafood themselves.

New Yorkers however are in general fairly clueless about the natural state of food.  i.e. What a certain food looks like before it shows up in plastic in the grocery store or in a $40 entree.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
