I received 15 coins instead of the 5 I ordered through and automated phone order. the order was never confirmed and was shipped without me knowing. Call 1-800-452-4381 and leave messages to get an RMA#. Press to get an operator and speak to a person Took a LONG time. The coins are pretty but don't know how real they are.

i too purchased 5 coins for each of my children at the mentioned price of only 29.95 each and now they have stiffed me for 592.00 for 10 coins and 5 FREE (yea right) 6.00 each for the display cases--and of course the phone lines are busy and the email is full--probably with people like me that were scammed

I saw the ad and only paid a glance attention to it but heard the coin was made from silver found at WTC. What silver? All that scrap metal bought and melted down? Anyway, if someone wants it, it's OK with me. I'm really numb to the 911 event and don't pay much attention to it. Am I callous? Then, so be it. People are using 911 as an excuse anyway, an excuse to bitch, an excuse to say I've been there, so what? I've seen combat, you don't see me acting all superior.

First off, this is an incredibly offensive product. Secondly, I think this is the company that sells coins which they all but claim to be official government issue coins, except if you look at the small print. And finally, it begs the question, who the hell buys this crap?

I just sent a note to this company telling them how appalling this is. there is a "contact us" link on their website, I recommend others do the same. Disgusting how people will stoop so low to make a quick buck.
