We will pay. It's all part of NYC's 'Pimps & Hos' career revitalization plan. The city skipped right to the capital spending portion of the project. I personally feel small-scale organic initiatives for the regrowth of West Side hookerdom are a better avenue--like Bloomberg investing his $200mn in coke, three-ways, and rims for pimp Caddys--but the powers that be always seem to get their way in these matters.</p>
