The Salad Sac is the best way to preserve your lettuce and vegetables. It absorbs all the excess water and keeps all your whole heads of lettuce and vegetables fresh in the refrigerator for over a week. Also, you can use the Salad Sac for making salad. You don't need to use a spinner and no paper towels, just put all your washed veggies and lettuce cut up in the Salad Sac and it will stay fresh up to 3 to 5 days. see www.saladsac.com for more uses.
