That campout event was a clusterfuck. The registration was open and "first come, first served" when it opened, then along the way they changed it to an "essay contest" evidently, without letting those who registered know. Fuck you Parks Department and Backpacker. If I had a dog, I'd let it shit all over the great lawn.
