<description>&lt;p&gt;while it would have been nice for the mets to pick up a starter, the performances from this weekend makes you think that might not be necessary. i guess time will tell whether or not that starter was needed. at least they didn&apos;t have to give up any prospect.s&lt;/p&gt;</description>
