Picture of the Day: One Night of Fire

2006_07_30_onenightoffire.jpg

The roving One Night Of Fire was held around Brooklyn last night and from the photos hitting Contribute it looks like a pretty fun time was had. From the "event details":

This is a free, un-permitted, roving festival of music and performance, flaming hula-hoops, melting ice cream, wanton stilt walkers, battling brass bands, renegade sound systems, fire works & rockets, impulsive performance through canyons of concrete and shadows of steel with the calm of the waterfront against a city of dreamers.

They even hit up the subway. we go to sleep early one night, sigh...
