Seriously, the term "limited power" is fucking ridiculous. Having 10 watts coming out of a lightbulb isn't really that exciting.

This is ridiculous... I'm one of the 90k "Low Voltage" customers in Sunnyside... we might as well have had NO power over here for the last 6 days. NYPD just started sending traffic cops out on the heavily trafficked Queens Blvd... on a Saturday. This should have made the front page of the NYTimes [above the fold] prior to SIX DAYS OF NO/LIMITED POWER!

If you know of anyone still without power in Astoria, tell them to call 311 or 1-800-75-CONED to report the issue, and specify their address. My SIL who lives off of Ditmars and Steinway had her power restored this morning (Saturday) at 9:30am after she called them on Thursday evening and again on Friday morning. I know it really sucks, but if you keep calling the inefficient/clueless people at Con Ed, then they will know that you're without power.

Don't forget the 100,000 number still only counts those completely without power. According to the Times today, there are all the people with effectively no power, ie can turn on a single dimly glowing lightbulb, but not enough for fridge, ac, or even sparking the stove - has an additional count of at least 90,000. My math's not the best but that would appear to be almost 200,000 people without power for a week. Looks like Astoria dodged the bullet!
