You know what would be awesome? Suddenly the Clue Crew is reporting from some dark forest. The “Brain Bus” or whatever ran out of gas and they’re looking wan and emaciated. Then, one show, one of them disappears (I’m thinking Jon, but we should discuss) and the other four are looking a little better-fed. The clues they read are now like, “This rugged, isolated forest stretches for miles somewhere in the eastern United States, with little game or fresh water.” And then she looks at the camera and adds, “No really! We don’t know where we are! Alex, for the love of God, send help!” Then the tape cuts out. It’s Blair Witch, only, unlike Blair Witch, it’s not a hoax. You really drive them out somewhere and leave them.- In the court of law, there are no super-lawyers.
- Finally, sweet baby Jesus, don't click here. Seriously. We warned you.

See, smokers are evil.
Oh, and Amtrak seems to be at fault not NJ Transit. Although I wonder why they didn't buy the same exact cars as the LIRR did, which fit into Penn Station.
NJT and LIRR obviously use separate routes into Penn Station, and once there, they use separate platforms.
It is fairly unlikely that LIRR trains ever travel over the same tracks as the NJ Transit ones. Besides..... it's almost definitely Amtrak's fault, as they installed signaling equipment that didn't conform to their own specifications.
Then how do the NJ Transit trains get to the yard in Sunnyside?
Also they share tracks and platforms at Penn Station. Depending on the track, you can get on a NJ Transit train from the LIRR section, and if you know how you can use an out of the way stairway in the LIRR area which is way less crowded.
