Actually, it was already illegal. Bloomberg is simply enforcing a previously existing law. Isn't that what the pro-gun nuts are always saying? That if existing laws are enforced, then gun crime will go down?

How is it illegal? He got caught red handed. I can't even see how even entrapment applies. Is he even suing the City or the Mayor himself? So he has to either battle the city or Bloomberg’s high priced lawyers.
