Wait....gas is $3 a gallon, but hot dog vendors can't raise THEIR prices based on market conditions?? It's okay for a baseball team to overcharge PAID guests for hot dogs, but not okay for an independent businessman to do the same? And, ultimately, if you work for more than minimum wage, how is that different? Please to explain.

weird. this happened to me the other day. i'm not rich nor a sucka foo. i was working at my office on 5th ave. went out for a break. ordered dirty water dog and the vendor said $5. I dropped $1 and said "be happy with that". and walked away.
