Okay, spelling aside: they announced that Bartha died this morning (from 1010 WINS). Would the land, when sold, go to the ex-wife and daughters, with some proceeds going to these folks?

Or are they screwed because the guy who blew up the place is no more, and his family isn't liable?

I'm no legal expert, hence the questions.

The number of spelling and grammatical mistakes on this site is astounding. I don't expect a NY Times level of correctness, but this isn't just some personal blog with a handful of readers.

And Jen does seem disproportionally represented, which may be the root of the problem. If your editor can't spell, what's the expectation for everyone else?

Please, Jen Chung, PLEASE read your entry over CAREFULLY. Why is it that you're the editor of Gothamist and you seem to make the most mistakes?
