Again, with the commie remarks.
What we are saying is that the whole world does business with HQ's outside of NYC, What makes this shithole so special? Excuses.
oh, I forgot, LOLOLOLOLOLOL, is that some type of new Chinese I don't know about?
And you should know that China is not really communist by definition.

I think it's a matter of investment bankers wanting to be close to their drug connections and their hookers.

Some of the people who post here either have no brains or are full out communists, LOL. What is the problem with businesses having their headquarters in NYC? It's good for the local economy, good for the tax base, good for the service industries. If you love communism so much, I have some family members stuck back in china who would love to swap with you.

well, this fun will end in november 2009 when the next democratic mayor will be elected. All those guliani-cops will be out of the streets (like ferreri said), crime rates and taxes will go back to the pre-guliani rates and middle-class and corporate execs and offices will leave the city in droves. Let's try to enjoy this as long as it last.

What a load of dung. This is all about the elite wanting to live in NYC on the company dime. What happened to technology bridging the distance i.e. telecommuting, video conferencing, etc? If there was any truth to this then companies would want to be closer to their manufacturing than a 24 plane ride to China. Further examples are that there plenty of excellent ad agencies that are NOT in New York and companies from New York, Asia, and Europe manage to find them. The new VW rabbit commercial may have been filmed here but it wasn't conceived here.
