Some of the people who post here either have no brains or are full out communists, LOL. What is the problem with businesses having their headquarters in NYC? It's good for the local economy, good for the tax base, good for the service industries. If you love communism so much, I have some family members stuck back in china who would love to swap with you.

What a load of dung. This is all about the elite wanting to live in NYC on the company dime. What happened to technology bridging the distance i.e. telecommuting, video conferencing, etc? If there was any truth to this then companies would want to be closer to their manufacturing than a 24 plane ride to China. Further examples are that there plenty of excellent ad agencies that are NOT in New York and companies from New York, Asia, and Europe manage to find them. The new VW rabbit commercial may have been filmed here but it wasn't conceived here.
