<description>&lt;p&gt;I agree with Interlard. If the community really wants the park, they should have a volunteer program to help them along. The state should still fund some of it though...&lt;/p&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;p&gt;The parks wouldn&apos;t need private funding if there weren&apos;t so many frikin&apos; expensive condos in the plan.

Local parks should be for local people. If the state wants to save money, get volunteers to work on building the park for free. This approach has worked in other urban developments.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
