Land of Talk @ Movable Hype 7.0

Land of Talk played our Movable Hype 7.0 show back in April. Check out the above clip (thanks again to Autopilot, for filming the show for us!) Their set left us wanting more. Luckily, the band is able to play enough shows in the city to satiate us. They'll be at Mercury Lounge on June 28th and The Syrup Room in Brooklyn on June 29th.

Heads up! Movable Hype 8.0 is JULY 11th! That's very soon. More details to come...

Will someone knowledgeable actually book good bands this time around? Last set up was fairly boring.

Just wondering how a "set up" with Land of Talk and Cloud Cult could ever be called "boring"...

well not quite... but I do dig the Talk...

yeah this is good stuff! good find, jen.

Amrit, no biggie, but i think Vic Thrill is sort of what people want these days.

land of talk must be doing lots of coke or meth or something 'cause their show at mercury last wednesay was completely insane. first time seeing them and they totally kicked me in the balls.

with Basil.
