That place is so lame.

The owner has had a string of hits on Smith Street - Uncle Pho, and the adjoining Pacifico plus the pizzeria around the corner. Missed the mark here. Cheap and tacky come to mind. Lousy food, no frozen drinks (it's an outdoor venue - HELLO), etc, but it's pretty obvious from the moment you step behind the unfinished lumber he used for this dump that they weren't going to make the mistake of wasting cap ex on the decor. Build it on the cheap, they'll come anyways.

Given the plethora of choices on Smith and Court, I have yet to figure out why anyone would willingly go there.

It's a nice alternative for the trailer trash migrants who have grown tired of Gowanus Yacht Club, though.

RG, I had a great night on MY dime. A great night is a combination of good food, great friends and of course the booze. The Trout delivered, and I stand behind that.

SRSLY whose payrolls are you on that they make you kids write such glowing reviews of shit restaurants? Trout, Gravy, Pacifico and probably that pizzaria on Smith all share the same kitchen, and put out the same universally poor food.
