Why are all t-shirts worn by black people about weed, money, or not talking to the police about crime?

Why are the comments for any conceivable topic on Gothamist riddled with the anonymous spewings of ignorant, intolerant, prejudiced people? If there is a posting about or referring in some way to an Asian or a black person, you can bet there will be some rant, which is usually completely irrelevant to the actual topic.

Really disheartening...
