Video of the Day: Timelapse Jersey

We're always a fan of interesting timelapse videos, and this ones definitly a keeper. Taken from downtown its one of those rare artifacts that makes New Jersey actually look pretty. Enjoy!

Unrelated: Three years after it went up we're still totally freaked out by how tall that big building is. What does Jersey need with the tall buildings? Skylines are our thing!

Another fact about that building is that it is the third tallest building in the tristate area.

it was built to be the GS headquarters, but after significant pressure from the nyc gov't, goldman never moved into the building.

they rent out 2/3 of the floors and make more money than they spend in their current leases, and now they're building a new world hq across from ground zero on west st.

it's the goldman sachs HQ, i believe. and they're trying to move out of the building already!
