<description>&lt;p&gt;Have the Port Authority build the memorial eh?  If that&apos;s the case than I&apos;ll be excited to go to it&apos;s opening, which will likely be sometime in the year 2043 at thier construction pace.

Why not have the MTA do it?  That way the victims families won&apos;t be able to complain because they&apos;ll all have died of old age by the time it&apos;s finished.  &lt;/p&gt;</description>
