Last night we were incredibely lucky to be at the Theater at Madison Square Garden for the first of two Radiohead shows at the venue this week. We were also lucky to get general admission tickets, which meant (after getting there just over three hours before the band went on) we were about 15 feet from the Jonny Greenwood.
Our camera battery died two songs in, but here are the pictures we managed to get. Above is a clip we found on YouTube from the show last night, of the band playing "Fake Plastic Trees". Enjoy, and if you are going tonight...we are both jealous of, and excited for, you.

actually, both the arena and the theater at MSG will let you in with cameras. i've brought my nikon d50 to both many times and have never had a problem.

You lucky bastards. Thanks for posting the video. I think I'll go slice up my arm real nice with a rusty razor blade and rub epsom salt and lemon juice into the wound.

Jen-cool! Usually MSG ticket takers and ushers throw out people with cameras. My guess is Radiohead allowed them! VERY COOL!
um, i didn't post any pictures commercially, they are on my personal photo site. also the people at the theater at msg told us we could bring cameras in last night - and use them! just no professional lenses allowed. but thanks for researching the prohibited items list!
HAHAHAHAH Second row after the standing room (crap) area. And.......... I just got them yesterday. SUCKAS.
Sorry. I'm excited.

Um-photos of the band are usually against your ticket agreement and posting them commercially also is against the agreement. At least that's what all my tickets from MSG have said...
Gothamist is walking (an unfortunate) legal fine line here...although I doubt Radiohead would care, MSG management might...
YOU LUCKY BASTARD!!! I've gone to see radiohead in New York for the last 6 years. Saw em twice in MSG. But I couldn't get tickets for this goddamn small venue that sold out in 2 seconds. All these bandwagon fans stole my seats. I heard the new songs weren't that good from all the live mp3 recordings. Thank God I saw them when OK computer came out.

Thanks, Jen. Really liking Thom's solo album. Certainly one of the greatest bands of modern day...
