My guess is that Spitzer is going to slaughter Faso, but I am kind of curious as to what upstate's reaction is. We in NYC have a tendency to forget that a significant crowd in the state is ideologically closer to Texas than NYC.

So, basically, the Republicans have decided not to contest this election.

Spitzer is going to SLAUGHTER anyone he faces. The gubernatorial race was over the day he entered, and I for one am thrilled that a real badass reformist like Spitzer is even running.

He'll get my vote easily.

Spencer will face Clinton assuming Clinton is the Democratic nominee. Jonathan Tasini, an anti-war progressive, has started the petition process to get on the ballot for the September primary, and in one day has gathered over 1,000 signatures. According to a recent Zogby poll, 40-something percent of Dem voters would vote for an anti-war candidate in the Dem primary.
