Technology, you clever minx. A father intent on hiding paying less child support was forced to pay more after his PDA revealed his true earnings. Timothy Gooden of Queens claimed that he didn't have steady work, so a judge ordered him to pay $60 a week in child support for his 8 year old. But it seems that he gave his ex-girlfriend his old PDA - which kept receiving his emails. Including the ones that mentioned getting paid $1,500 and a possible $35,000 job! The Post reports that now Gooden has to pay $100 per week. Technology, doling out justice once every ten times there's a snafu.

$1500 every two weeks is about 39K per year.
not that i should be judging, but what is someone with a 35/39k (before taxes) job doing with a PDA?
Let me guess, he also has a an e class benz right?
Technology is great. I know someone who found out her loving husband-- a man who doted on her, claimed he wanted to start a family, spent hours playing with his small nieces & nephews, tutored senior citizens on how to use the Internet and was a dedicated volunteer firefighter for his NJ community-- was cheating on her. She found out in pretty much the same way: TECHNOLOGY. His PDA revealed what he was REALLY up to all day long...
Men can be as*holes in relationships, but lying to get out of paying child support for your child makes you pond scum...
Isn't it a federal crime to read other people's mail?
Regular mail, sure. Email? I doubt it.
"spent hours playing with his small nieces & nephews, tutored senior citizens on how to use the Internet and was a dedicated volunteer firefighter for his NJ community"
ummmm where in the world did he find even the time to cheat?? His PDA must've been a real good time management tool for him to do ALL of that AND cheat. He would be great at teaching others at how to manage their time efficently. Like hitting on one of the tenants who's apartment fire he's putting out.
YEAH edex, it probably has rims on it too... the ones that spin. lol. and a 'system'
