It makes me sad when I see the elephants loping along in Times Square at 2AM... they don't belong there and they know it. These big lovable animals are carted around and made to perform tricks for humans. It sucks. Even if they are treated well it's still stupid and wrong. And whenever an elephant goes rogue he always heads for the trainer and stomps him. They are not stupid animals.

Please note that the plaintiffs in this case are actually the Animal Welfare Institute (AWI), American Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), Animal Protection Institute (API) and the Fund for Animals (FFA) (along with a former Ringling Bros. barn man).

I am against abuse to animals here and everywhere else. I also think children won't like to know that those cute acrobatic animals in the circus have to suffer to make them laugh.

Dumbo was separated from his mom, then a mouse taught him how to fly with a magic feather. Now a fashionable neighborhood in Brooklyn dons his name. I believe I've seen about everything.
