Fat Nick should and will be in jail. But he shouldn't be in jail on a racial crime. he should be convicted on assault and battery charges. But i hope the glen moore has sustained permanent injury due to this beating. maybe then he wont try to FUCKING STEAL CARS.

what a crock ... out admiring houses. Any of you been to Howard Beach? Fucking guidos and greaseballs with the lion statues in front of their doors and yards paved over with cement, with their tacky decor. There's nothing to admire in Howard Beach.

Not that it excuses Minucci beating someone over the head (how about calling the cops??), but "Moore said though he and his friends tried to steal a car earlier in the evening (in Brooklyn), he and his friends were just admiring the homes in the area"? Please. Minucci may deserve jail time for assault, but Moore deserves jail time for attempted theft of vehicles.
