having worked in many many beach resort restaurants on the eastern seaboard throughout college, I learned some valuable lessons about the restaurant world. Just because the menu or the waiter say it&apos;s &quot;all natural lobster&quot; (in terms of lobster rolls), what they&apos;re not telling you is that the only way for the resaturant to make a profit off of the rolls themselves is to serve canned lobster meat. they can charge $50 a roll and it&apos;s still canned meat. yes it&apos;s real, but canned meat is not nearly as good as freshly caught that morning.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
