"On another day...Come on, Come on!!" I can't wait until that theme song starts tonight! The first episode I saw was the NYPD/NYFD hockey game. I'm a huge hockey nut, and I've been hooked on this show ever since. Dennis Leary rules!

Richard Huff in today's Daily News also gives it good reviews and four stars. This is most likely the best show on TV and apparently a good deal of the firefighting stuff is based on true stories. The show is a great mix of comedy and drama and some damn fine acting. Plus it films in New York.

did you read the NYT review? the show sucks, it's on cable, no one watches. more wannabes, jeezus. hey, guess what? the 9/11 bandwagon be over.

Easily the best show on television. He's Irish and makes a firefighter show, so that's bad? Get over yourself and go back to weep in your pillow that Will and Grace is cancelled. We'll stick with Gothamist on this one. The episodes may be over the top, but we'll suck it up as good t.v. drama. All best wishes, New York Inquirer

rescue me from this show. only reason why it's on is because the shield and thief finished up. and, it's on cable so who really cares. it's cable, nuff said. anyway, with DL's luck it will be cancelled like his other projects. another wannabe cop/fireman just cuz he's irish, please no more, i'm dying here.
