There was a doorknob tag hanging off my building saying it was from a tree pest company who is contracted by the city to remove trees that are infected, but they didnt because they no one was home. WTF? There are over a dozen tenants but we arent the owner. The tree is not in the building. Notify the owner beforehand and then take it out.
