So this photo recently made its way onto Gothamist Contribute (10,787 photos and counting!) and we gotta bite. Anybody know why there was a parade of high-heeled ladies in their panties going up Broadway yesterday?

Gothamist is spelled wrong in "gothamist contribute"
I have no idea, but I'm cursing myself that I wasn't there.
Perhaps they have dug up Robert Palmer to re-do his "Irresistible" video.
saw this yesterday too, I don't know what it was for but thank god for it.
Yeah. Hot chicks rule.
But when its by Improv Everywhere it's so called "indecent exposure" and "disturbing the peace" I'm getting more and more annoyed at New York. Maybe I should bump up that road trip to the desert soon this summer.
But Improv Everywhere didn't have too many hot chicks.
I'd think they're on their way to do a Robert Palmer video, but he's dead.

I crossed paths with them on W. Broadway today. One girl forced a coupon on me while saying, "Help us find out pants!". There were also a few guys (clothed).
Ah I get it - a frat boy conceived campaign. Please let me know what store is denying me the view of hot, half-naked men so I can avoid supporting more tired double standards.
Since Improv Everywhere isn't about supporting big business, I guess that makes them "obscene."
Yawn - best use of "tired" I've seen in a while. We will probably never see guys doing the same thing.
i think they are going DOWN broadway actually. not trying to be perverted, just geographically correct. they are only wearing slightly less than what women wear during the summer anyway.
ladies need to eat a sammich.
The stunt was for Parasuco, a new denim store opening up on Spring and Lafayette. Apparentley, they were hunting for thier "missing" jeans and passing out giftcards to encourage some help. I am going on stake-out to try and catch them this week....pantless-models and clever marketing, only in NYC does it work!
